Swedish Massage
Traditional European style massage used to promote relaxation,
relieve muscle tension, and increase circulation. Can vary in
pressure from very gentle to very deep.

Muscular Therapy
Incorporates a variety of techniques including European style
massage, rocking, rhythm, and speed changes, and acupressure to
specific trigger points and muscle groups to reduce hypertonicities.
Not only is the tension within the muscle reduced, the tissue is
nourished and revitalized.

The Benjamin system of muscular therapy is a unique combination
of treatment, exercise and education designed to reduce chronic
tension and promote physical health.

Soft Tissue Assessment & Injury Therapy
Soft tissue assessment and injury therapy was developed by orthopedic
medical doctors. Practitioners are experienced graduate therapists
who are advanced, trained and certified in assessment protocols,
palpation skills, cross fiber frictioning and soft tissue therapeutic
techniques. Conditions such as tendinitis, ligament lesions, and
muscle tears can be isolated and treated.

Pre-Natal Massage
Mothers-to-be enjoy many benefits from massage such as reduced
musculoskeletal discomfort, increased kinesthetic awareness,
nurturing support, and stress reduction.

Specialized hands-on techniques and appropriate positioning
are used to accommodate and comfort the changing pregnant form.
With few exceptions, most pregnant women may safely receive
bodywork from a qualified massage therapist.
